Shanghai Novanat Bioresources Co., Ltd., is a biotechnological joint venture between Shanghai Jiao Da Onlly Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. By combining modern technology with traditional Chinese botany, we have developed a large-scale production system capable of manufacturing an assortment of natural plant extracts.

Founded in 2003, we currently have a registered capital of over USD18.5 million. Our manufacturing and R&D bases include facilities located in the Chinese cities of Changsha and Qingdao, as well as a center in Canada. We provide high-quality natural-active products including natural medicine, food additives, natural cosmetics, spice and essence, and chemicals.

Additionally, we maintain a first-class R&D team which utilizes state-of-the-art production equipment, advanced analytical instruments, and an environment conducive for innovation. Our farms and production facilities have been established according to GAP and GMP standards respectively. Product quality is controlled and ensured by ISO9001, JAS, and HACCP standards.
