Located in Dongying, Shandong province, we are a newly established company which was founded on December 31, 2002.  

Our company is one of the backbone enterprises belonging to the University of Petroleum, which is one of the key universities under direct administration of China's Ministry of Education. Our corporation has an area of about 54,000 square meters, 120 personnel and fixed assets USD8 million. And the annual turnover amounts to USD10 million.

We have newly built a Dimethyl Carbonate (DMC) Project with the production capability of 10,000 tons dimethyl carbonate and 8000 tons propylene glycol (PG) per year. The project has introduced the most advanced technology within the country and the main part of the equipment is made of stainless steel. The automatic control system DCS is adopted to ensure high quality product.

Our company has independent right to export and import and it is one of the hi-tech enterprises of Shandong Province. And we have got ISO9001 quality management system certificate. We exported our products just after the DMC was produced. We have exported our products to Japan, India, Europe and other countries within 3 months.
