Established in March 1995, Shanghai SMEC Corporation is a joint venture of two state owned enterprises – Shanghai Electric Group Corporation and Shanghai Electric Group Enterprise Ltd., with registered capital of USD11,000,000 and 120 employee. We are qualified for ISO9002 since 2001, and our annual turnover reached USD200,000,000 in 2002.
