At present, we have 60 Chinese acres asparagus base, 120 Chinese acres mushroom base and 1200 Chinese acres contract base for asparagus. The planting area of asparagus will be enlarged to 10000 Chinese acres in 2010 and the mushroom contract base to 10 million squares。 All the materials we used are provided by our own controllable base. Now our fresh vegetable process factory is reach to 6000 m² that could afford nearly 10000 tons fresh vegetables per year. As we use the refrigeration equipments which introduced from Germany and base on the freshness retained technology, the asparagus can be refrigerated for 50 days. The full set of automatic choice and cutting equipment which imported from Japan could classify the asparagus by size and then cut it with required length correctly.
