Shandong Dongchen Group (Dongchen), located in the center of the famous Shengli Oilfield of Yellow River Delta, was founded in 1994. After over 10 years of successive rapid development, she has expanded into a large enterprise group that has chemical and electromechanical industry as her leading business, covering a area of more than 1 million square meter, with a staff of more than 1000, more than 0.8 billion RMB worth of total assets. She is the holding company of Dongchen Biology Engineering CO., LTD, Shandong, made up of 9 subsidiary companies, Dongchen Energy-saving Power Equipment Ltd, Dongchen Chemicals Ltd, Dongchen Baoyuan Compound Polymer Ltd, Dongchen Construction Engineering Ltd, Dongchen Bazhou Industries Ltd, Dongchen Montonics Motor Ltd, Dongchen High-tech Info Ltd and Dongchen Import and Export Corporation. In year 2004, she produced a total production value of more than 0.85 billion RMB, contributing over 0.14 billion RMB of profit and tax.



Relying on her hi-tech production base, Dongchen Group has produced more than 40 various types of hi-tech products, for instance, neopentylene glycol, hyaluronic acid, Pre-assembled transformer substation and American-style Box transformer, to name just a few. Many of these enjoy a high reputation in the international market. She is the second largest manufacturer of neopentylene glycol, and third largest producer of hyaluronic acid in China. Among these products, 5 are listed in National Key New Products project of Ministry of Science and Technology of China. In recent years, the company¡¯s domestic market share of these products increases faster; many of her biochemicals are even exported to a range of different areas and countries, such as Taiwan, Japan and other south Asian countries.
