| Product Name: Tunnel Kiln Place of Origin: China The kiln is suitable for firing ceramics, sanitary wares and tiles in the sketch firing and glaze firing industry. The kiln can use light diesel oil, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas and coal gas as fuel. Operating temperature up to 1000°C to 1280°C. Fast firing and according to various types and shapes of work pieces, the firing cycle is roughly 6 to 15 hours. Fully automatic temperature control provides economic fuel consumption. The fuel consumption automatically adjusts as the temperature is higher or lower during the firing to prevent the unnecessary waste of fuels. Firing with unsealed type kilns, the changes during the firing can be observed by naked eye easily. Lightweight heat insulation materials are used for the inside of the kiln to obtain high efficiency heat insulation and enhance the service life of the kiln. The tunnel kiln is equipped with high efficiency burner and fuels can be fired completely without any air pollution. The tunnel kiln is adjustable for use on small-scale production. The quality of firing products is very stable thus reducing unacceptable finished products. |
