and obstetrics. It is also used as a refrigerant, combustion improver,
antiseptic, chemical raw material, atomic absorption spectrum gas,
balancing gas in semiconductor manufacturing, oxidant, vapor deposition,
standard gas, medical gas, aerosol sprayer, leak detector for vacuums
or pressure.
